Manthali Sahid Smriti Multiple Campus is a community campus established in 2057 BS., affiliated to Tribhuvan University, which is located in the district headquarters of Ramechhap district under Bagmati Province, Nepal. It recognizes the responsibility towards the people of the community and is determined to impart quality education without any compromise; with the tireless and continuous efforts of campus management committee, non/teaching staffs, students, parents, stakeholders and various levels of the governmental bodies. We believe that unity is strength. With this theme we have been able to achieve the prestigious 'Quality Assurance and Accreditation' (QAA) certification since 28th Poush 2076 BS. which is the historical achievement as well as the matter of pride for the campus and the people of this region.
This campus is an educational destination of higher education not only for Ramechhap district but also for the neighboring districts. The campus has been imparting higher education in humanities, education and management faculties in bachelor's level, and education faculty in master's level. In the process of introducing new subjects as per the demand of the time, more subjects have been added at the graduate level in different faculties. Recently BICTE program has been launched in the campus under education faculty from the this academic session. I warmly welcome all of you to this campus with the commitment to continuously strengthen the physical infrastructure and educational quality, including the efforts to expand the faculty and subjects at the undergraduate and postgraduate level according to the needs and demands of the community. I always expect your creative and constructive suggestions and feedback for the betterment of this institution.
Message From Former Campus Chief Gunja Bahadur Shrestha, SSR Coordinator
Manthali Sahid Smriti Multiple Campus is one of the leading campuses of Ramechhap District located in the district headquarters of Ramechhap, Manthali. It was established in 2057 BS to provide the higher education in local level as well as in its neighboring districts. We always want to have quality education. For it, we vigorously consulted with UGC, followed the procedures of Self-Review report, and applied QAA. We visited the QAA certified campus Damak, Jhapa, Saptagandaki, Chitwan, Sindhuli Campus Sindhuli and Madyabindu Nabalparashi. We got information from them and saw the physical infrastructure as well as internal management. Then we started to prepare a SSR form in about 2070 B.S. Since then our campus team is rigorously involved in it and finished most of the part of it in 2072 BS. When we submitted the SSR form to the UGC and we got some of the advices from UGC and again started to do the job, which was incomplete for SSR, and again we sent revised SSR form to UGC in 2074BS. After the frequent visit, observation and fulfilling the received recommendation from UGC, eventually we got the QAA certification in the month of Poush 2076 B.S. After the accreditation, we feel indebted and grateful to the authorities of UGC, SMC, Campus chief, staffs and all the stakeholders for their tireless effort. Being the coordinator of the SSR, I would like to extend my sincer thanks and gratitude to all the team members and the staffs for their continuous hard work. It has responsibility for us to protect and sustain this honor for the campus. Therefore, it is the prime duty and responsibility of all the concerned people to save the dignity of the campus. MSSMC is a leading community campus, situated at the heart of the headquarters of Ramechhap district of Bagmati Province of Nepal. We feel proud to inform to all of you that MSSMC is one of the QAA (Quality Accreditation and Assurance) certified colleges of Tribhuwan University. Due to the tireless and continuous devotion, dedication and efforts of the faculty members, staffs, CMC authorities and other well-wishers; we have been able to achieve this award. Manthali Sahid Smriti Multiple Campus, publicly owned, is the largest educational centre for higher education in Ramechhap district. It is located at Manthali Municipality, Ward no. 1, Khandabari, Ramechhap. Manthali Municipality is the head quarter of the district. It is nearly 130 km east of Kathmandu as a hilly district of central development region of Nepal. Manthali Sahid Smriti Multiple Campus was established in the year 2057B.S. and is the oldest campus of this area. It was established with the commitment and initiative of the education loving, dedicated intellectuals with a sole aim of imparting quality education at an affordable fee structure. The campus was established to provide quality education at local level to the student. Students from downtrodden, indigenous, marginalized, educationally disadvantaged communities are getting benefit from this institution. The campus has been providing education to the students of Ramechhap and the adjoining districts – Dolakha, Okhaldhunga, Sindhuli, and also the students from various parts of Nepal staying in Ramechhap with different purposes. The Campus is offering education programs from Bachelor's to Master's Degree level in all the four faculties that include Humanities, Management, Education and Science at a very affordable fees. On an average, the campus enrolls more than two hundred students every year. More than 660 students have graduated from this campus since its establishment. This campus is running with Campus Management Committee elected by more than Sixty general assembly members consisting of social workers, academicians, education planners, local donors and representatives of local bodies contributing to the development of the campus. This campus is in the process of recognition with the Quality Assurance and Accreditation (QAA) certificate by the University Grant Commission, Kathmandu, Nepal. More than 25 teaching staffs and 7 non-teaching staffs are working in the campus. मन्थली सहिद स्मृति बहुमुखी क्याम्पस रामेछाप जिल्लाको सदरमुकाम मन्थलीमा रहेको छ । यस क्याम्पसमा विभिन्न विधामा अध्ययपन भईरहेको छ । योग्य र विषयगत शिक्षकले अध्ययपन गराउँदै आएको यस क्याम्पस जिल्लाकै नमूना मानिन्छ । यहाँ रामेछाप जिल्लाका मात्रै नभएर छिमेकी जिल्ला ओखलढुंगा, सिन्धुली, दोलखा लगायतका जिल्लाबाट पनि विद्यार्थीहरु अध्ययनको लागि आउने गरेका छन् । यस क्याम्पसले जेहेन्दार, दलित, पिछाडी पारिएको वर्गलाई पनि विषेश सौलियतमा पढाउँदै आएको छ । यस क्याम्पसमा विद्यार्थीहरुका लागि आवश्यक पर्ने सबै प्रकारका सुविधाहरु उपलब्ध छन् । जिल्लाकै राम्रो पढाई हुने यस क्याम्पसबाट उच्च शिक्षा हासिल गरेका विद्यार्थीहरुले सहजै रोजगारी पाउने गरेका छन् । यस क्याम्पसले आगमी दिनमा विद्यार्थीको माग अनुसार आफ्नो पठनपाठनलाई झन सशक्त बनाउँदै लैजाने योजना अगाडि सारेको छ ।
रामेछाप जिल्ला सदरमुकाम मन्थली नगरपालिका वडा नं. -1 स्थित मन्थली सहिद स्मृति बहुमुखी क्याम्पस जिल्ला को नमुना क्याम्पस भित्र अट्न सफल क्याम्पस हो । रामेछाप जिल्ला भरि 11 वटा क्याम्पस मध्य सबै भन्दा धेरै बिद्यार्थी अध्यन गर्ने क्याम्पस मध्यको एक नम्बर मा पर्ने क्याम्पस हो । यस क्याम्पसमा करिव ७०० बिद्यार्थी अध्यन गरिरहेका छन । जिल्ला सदरमुकाम मै यो क्याम्पस अवस्थित भएको र बस्ति भुगोल वाट नजिक भएकाले पनि यस क्याम्पस छात्र हरुका लागि त सहज छदै छ तर त्यो भन्दा धेरै सहज छात्राहरुका लागि छ । किन कि छोरी बुहारीहरु घरवाट धेरै टाढा पढ्न जान हरेक हिसाबले असामान्य नै हुने गर्छ त्यस्को लागि घर करेसाको क्याम्पस मा उनिहरुले आफ्नो स्नातक स्नातकोत्तर तहको शिक्षा हासिल गर्न पाउने हुनाले यो क्याम्पसमा पुरुषको तुलनामा महिला को संख्या वढि छ । यो तथ्यले समाजमा रहेको जातिय , बर्गिय , लैङ्गक असमानतालाई घटाउने र समावेशीताको झल्को स्पस्ट झल्किने यस क्याम्पस परिस्थिति र परिवेश सुहाउदो प्रशासन र शैक्षिक प्रणाली छ । मुलतः तीन वटा संकाय अध्यापन गराइने यस क्याम्पसमा अध्यन सगै रोजगारीको सम्भावना प्रचुर छ । सदरमुकाम मै यो क्याम्पस रहेको हुनाले जिल्ला सदरमुकाम भित्र विभिन्न बित्तिय संस्थाहरु धेरै छन , विभिन्न सरकारि र निजि बिद्यालयहरु धेरै छन , हरेक किसिमका सरकारी तथा गैर सरकारी संस्थाहरु कृयाशिल रहेको बजारमा क्याम्पसबाट उत्पादित दक्ष जन शक्तिले बेरोजगार भएर रहनु परेको छैन । यसै तथ्यहरु घाम झै छर्लङ्ग भएको कारण यस क्याम्पसमा अन्य संकायहरु र स्नातकोत्तर तहमा अन्य संकाय थप्नु पर्ने अपरिहार्यता भने महशुस भइरहेको छ ।

My name is Sabin Shrestha. I am from Likhu Tamakoshi Dvelopment Rural Minicipality. I am the student of 1st year in Management faculty. Our campus QAA certified campus.There are around 22 teachers in our campus. All the teacher are friendly, helpful, honest, active and kind to us. They teach us nicely. During the crisis of COVID-19 they taught us through online. The campus is rich in playground, pure drinking water, clean and peaceful classroom. Internet , library canteen and other facilities are also available to us.

I am very pleased to study in this campus. I thiink this is the best campus of this area. This campus has a good team of teaching and non-teaching staffs. Teachers are vary professional. When we have a problem, they are always ready to help us. This is a magnificent campus with excellent teaching classrooms with warm atmosphere.
